Gary has spent over 30 year in Sales and Business Development, much of it in the publishing sector. He is based in Oswestry, where he also helps his wife run a domiciliary care agency, when he is not following Liverpool FC.

Bethan Proctor


Bethan Proctor is the Policy and Campaigns Officer for National Energy Action Cymru, the national fuel poverty charity in Wales. Having been in the role for 16 months, she is responsible for researching and preparing reports on energy consumer issues, responding to consultation documents, collating and disseminating statistical data concerning poverty, consumer rights, housing and energy efficiency. Bethan supports the activities of the Fuel Poverty and Energy Efficiency Cross Party Group, monitors political proceedings and delivers policy work under funded projects. Bethan organises the annual Warm Homes Campaign in Wales, and also supports the delivery of the Fuel Poverty Conference, and Fuel Poverty Forums. Bethan has previously worked at the National Assembly for Wales and for Children’s Services.
