    Gary Braybrooke, Chief Executive of the Energy Efficeincy Association will welcome all delegates and provide a overview context for the conference along with som background on the EEA and what it does.

  3. Energy Efficeincy olicy in Wales by Stephen Chamberlain from Decarbonisation & Energy Division of Welsh Government

    Stephen Chamberlain, one of the key policy advisors within the Decarbonisation & Energy Division of the Welsh Government will outline the current energy efficiency policy for Wales and highlight the future plans that are currently being worked on for rollout in the near future.

    Phil Dawson, of E.On Energy Solutions will give an overview of the Energy Company Obligations, and how the latest round of funding, ECO3, works.
