This award recognises one exceptional Housing Association or Landlord that has shown a true commitment to energy efficiency. Owners of residential, industrial or commercial properties are eligible for entry provided they meet the nomination criteria.

Criteria

Nominations for this award are open to any Housing Association that meets the following criteria: It must be a registered Housing Association or Landlord. The nominee must have worked on Energy Efficiency projects within the period of January 2023 to March 2024. Work carried out in previous years may be used as supporting information only. Customer testimonials and community impact statements are essential. Nominees must provide a clear nomination statement outlining what sets them apart within their field, demonstrating clear improvements their work has made to the lives of their tenants. . The nominee must be able to provide evidence of a customer /tenant who is willing to endorse their work with a favourable testimonial statement. Judges will consider the nature, scale and scope of the work carried out, with special emphasis on whether any national or local government energy efficiency schemes have been integrated into its projects. Judges will also look at: - the size and scope of the Energy Efficiency works they have undertaken. - the impact their work has had within the local community. - what their customers and local community have to say about them. - the level of expertise the nominee has within their organisation.
