Steve has over 40 years’ experience in the energy efficiency industry. As a business development and account manager for E.ON’s Obligation Partnership team, he works closely with social housing providers and contractors delivering ECO funded Energy Efficiency projects in the North West of England, the West of Scotland and the Highlands.

Dani Putney


Dani Putney has over 14 years’ experience in the Building Engineering Services Sector, working within a leading Certification Body providing UKAS accredited certification services. She has held several positions within Certsure (NICEIC and ELECSA) and is currently responsible for ensuring that accreditation is maintained for the Group’s activities. She represents Certsure (NICEIC and ELECSA) at various industry committees including Chair of the MCS Competency Working Group, member of PAS2030 Steering Committee and participating in the Each Home Counts Work streams.

Adrian Hicks


Over the last four years, Adrian has played an instrumental role in the development of Improveasy’s home improvement finance arm. Phil Mason


Phil joined TrustMark as the Head of Compliance. He has worked in compliance for over 25 years. Phil was attracted to TrustMark by the ‘once in a generation’ opportunity Each Home Counts has created to build greater consumer confidence and uptake of Energy Efficiency Measures, Retrofit, Repair, Maintenance and Installation in and around the home. During the early 1990’s he first entered the world of compliance by joining CORGI as a Technical Standards Inspector and finished his service as an Operations Manager. He worked for nearly 10 years in the UKs largest business process outsourcing and professional services company and was provided with opportunities to progress his interest in project work, delivering numerous ventures within the energy efficiency and safety arenas. He finally took on the opportunity of heading technical compliance and operations within a major contract for the Health and Safety Executive before joining TrustMark.

Bryan Glendinning


Bryan Glendinning – Chief Executive Officer MBA: Engenera Renewables Limited: Bryan, a civil engineer by profession has operated within the heating and insulation industry for the last 20 years and worked as National Installations Manager at EAGA Plc. There he successfully managed the annual delivery of the £350 million Government funded Warm Front scheme, where with his team they drove production to the highest possible delivery level of around 8000 heating and insulation measures per month; as well as improving the Customer Experience, Quality and Safety across all sectors of the industry. Bryan was a member of both the Group commercial board as well as being part of the scheme management board. Bryan’s role on the scheme board was to control the full life cycle of the delivery, from procurement, supply chain, installation, aftercare and maintenance. Bryan is an active figure in the energy efficiency and fuel poverty arena and has historically worked closely with DECC on a number of projects. He was also the Chairman of GAIN the National Network of Installers, guiding and assisting around 3000 installers nationally in the delivery of measures across many technologies. Bryan has also been influencial in the development of both a gas and PV installer network for Engenera’s existing and future delivery platform. As well as being the key player within Engenera for developing the funding platforms that now see Engenera with huge growth opportunities. In recent years Bryan has succesfully completed two major EPC operational contracts for solar PV, the first for Riverside Housing in Liverpool on a contract of 1000 houses and the second for Carillion Energy Services where they carried out a very challenging remedial contract over a National platform on 2500 houses. Bryan is a strong advocate of NEA and the great work they do in the fuel poverty arena and has himself been recognised for the work he does in the fuel poverty sector at the last two years National awards.

Craig Love

Senior Environment and Sustainability Adviser - Transport Scotland

Working in the Transport Sector for over 15 year, Craig is a Senior Environment and Sustainability Adviser at Transport Scotland. Leading on the agencies operational Climate Change Adaptation/Mitigation programmes and the delivery of Transport Scotland’s Carbon Management Plan, he is responsible for overseeing actions & projects which will help to reduce the agencies carbon emissions. Transport Scotland is solely responsible for the management, procurement and payment for a considerable number of Roadside Electrical Assets (REA) on the Trunk road network throughout the country, energy efficiency forms a vital role in not only reducing consumption but also reducing carbon emission.

Bob Dalrymple

Superglass Insulation

Bob Dalrymple is Head of Marketing for TECHNONICOL Western Europe & USA. Originally brought in to renovate the Superglass brand, one of Scotland’s primary manufacturing businesses, he is now responsible for building out Marketing capability across the regional centre of excellence for the TECHNONICOL organisation, of which Superglass is a part. Bob’s background is in consumer marketing, with a particular focus on the drinks industry. He has previously led UK or International marketing for brands like The Famous Grouse, The Macallan, The Dalmore, Jura, Laphroaig, Courvoisier and Stolichnaya.

Heather Jones

Salix Finance Ltd

Heather has been part of the team at Salix Finance for over a year and is looking forward to representing Salix at the Scotland Energy Efficiency Conference 2019. Heather is now co-ordinator for the Scotland programme and her role involves working with the Scottish public sector to help them build a strong pipeline of projects. Prior to her position at Salix, Heather worked at the University of London within the sustainability engagement team following her Masters in Environmental Governance from the University of Manchester.
