2020 East Midlands Energy Efficiency Awards Dinner Menu

There is a choice dinner menu for these awards. Guests can choose a starter, main and dessert course from the options below prior to the event, and it will be prepared, by the excellent kitchen staff at the Hotel, for your enjoyment on the night.

Please let us know in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements and we will try to ensure you have a satisfactory dining experience on the night.



A - Cream of Leek & Potato Soup V Vg GF

Served with Chiffonade of Leek, Blue Cheese and Crumb & Cheese Straws

B - Ham Hock & Mustard Terrine GF

Coarse Ham Terrine with Wholegrain Mustard, Caramelised Onion Chutney, Piccalilli Dressing & Beetroot (GF)



C - Featherblade of Beef GF

Blade of Beef Slow Cooked in Red Wine, Served with Roasted Shallots, Smoked Bacon & Rich Red Wine & Thyme Sauce

D - Pan Fried Fillet of Chicken GF

Chicken Fillet cooked in Butter with Red Wine & Thyme jus

E - Wild Mushroom & Butternut Squash Risotto V Vg GF

Made with Pearl Barley, Served with Sage & Parmesan



F - Crème Brulee

Served with all Butter Shortbread (Can be made Gluten Free on Request)

G - Decadent Dark Chocolate

Rich Dark Chocolate with Orange Gel, Raspberry Coulis & Chocolate Crumble served with Vanilla Cream (Can be made Gluten Free on Request)
