Tuesday 11th August 2020
As with many other businesses in the events sector, we have had to reassess the schedule of our events during the ongoing COVID-19 virus outbreak.
While we are making every effort to ensure all our events for this year proceed as planned, we have had to reschedule the remaining 2020 events following recent advice from the Government.
Recently the Government suggested that corporate evnets and conferences could return from some point in October (we still await an exact date) but it is still not clear when social distancing restrictions will be eased so any awards events will have very restricted numbers able to attend
The North West Energy Efficiency Awards originally scheduled for Thursday 26th March will now take place onTBC
The South West Energy Efficiency Awards originally scheduled for Thursday 24th April will now take place on TBC.
The West Midlands Energy Efficiency Awards originally scheduled for Thursday 13th May will now take place on TBC
The East of England Energy Efficiency Awards originally scheduled for Thursday 6th May will now take place on TBC.
The Yorkshire Energy Efficiency Awards originally scheduled for Thursday 4th June will now take place on TBC
The Wales Energy Efficiency Awards originally scheduled for Thursday 2nd July will now take place on TBC.
we can confirm however that
The Scottish Energy Efficiency Awards originally scheduled for Thursday 18th June will now take place on Thursday 19th of November.
The London Energy Efficiency Awards originally scheduled for Thursday 16th July will now take place on Thursday 12th of November.
As a result of the rescheduling of the Regional Awards, the National Energy Efficiency Awards will now take place in February.
We would like to thank all our sponsors and attendees for the support they have been giving to us during this situation,
and while we know that there was a willingness in the industry to attend these events regardless of the risks, we cannot ignore the Governement advice.
As these events are still proceeding, just on a different date, all tickets and sponsorships already purchased remain valid for these events.
In the interest of all our guests however, we do request that any person who attends any of our events makes use of the washing and hand sanitization facilities at the venue.
