In 1974, a local tradesman, Malcolm Theakstone started up a small gas central heating company named T&S Heating. Over the last 40 years, T&S has grown to become one of the biggest plumbing and heating businesses in the East Midlands and now employs over 100 local workers. From a small family business, T&S is now a forward thinking, dynamic business that looks to continue to expand in the local area.

Over the years we have undergone various changes, but our companys ethos remains the same; we continue to adopt the same caring and ethical principles which are the foundations for our success. We value our community, our customers and our environment.

Our customer base is vast and varied; few people are aware that we supply 24/7 maintenance services to over 150,000 properties throughout England and install in excess of 3000 boilers and heating systems each year. Use a name you can trust, use T&S.

In the Community

2012 saw the launch of our “In the Community” scheme. This is a way the company could engage with local organisations and offer financial support in order for them to achieve their goals. This is our way of showing how much our local community means to us and even though we now have national coverage, we will never forget where it all started for us.

Additionally, we provide free-of-charge SWIP IWI & RIR Installer-focused training as a part of SWIP Approved Contractor Scheme.
