Formerly Mersey Eco Grants, MEG has over 20 years of combined experience in the retrofit sector. Our team is passionate about the UK governments target to reach net zero carbon neutrality by 2050 and believes we have a moral duty to leave the world in a better condition than we found it.

MEG has already supported individual homeowners, social housing providers, private landlords, commercial organisations, house builders, local authorities and energy suppliers to install eco measures and energy-saving solutions to thousands of homes across the UK, with many of these projects being supported by ECO funding.

Since 2013 ECO Surv have been revolutionising the way the energy efficiency and renewables industry operates through intelligent software and mobile solutions. The ECO Surv platform is a full end-to-end workflow management solution for the Energy Efficiency, ECO and Renewables industry. Our Mobile Surveying applications and cloud based platform allows for a streamlined route from lead generation to survey, compliance checking, installation, submission and obligation reporting.

The ECO Surv surveying application is used to capture data on site through the use of a mobile tablet. Once a measure is complete and uploaded compliant documentation is instantly created, ready for quick and easy application processing.

Green Homes Grant Installs

Based in the North West, Green Homes Grant Installs (GGI) is one of the leading Retrofit Advisory & Installers in England. With Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and Installers all under one roof, we lead in quality.


Trustmark, PAS2035, MCS and PAS2030:2019 accreditations allow GGI to complete installations in accordance to the Boiler Upgrade, Green Homes Grant LADs, Decarbonisation and Energy Company Obligation Schemes.

Accredited installations include Glazing and Doors, Insulation (Flat Roofs, Room in Roof, Underfloor, External Wall, Cavity Wall, Internal Wall, Loft, Pitched Roof) Lighting, Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Air Source Heat Pumps and Boiler/Heating systems.

PAS2035 Assessments and Coordination Services are available along with Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to highlight property efficiency.

Zenith Eco Solutions issue an Insurance Backed Guarantee on all our work/installs as this gives you an extra level of consumer protection. Others may offer their own warranty and we can match that but as well, we will give you for free an IBG for 2 years so if we are no longer around then you have an insurance company to call upon if there is a problem with our workmanship. Anyone just offering you a warranty is not giving you the best protection. We will also protect your deposit for 90 days by insuring it. Also at no extra cost to you.

UK Energy Management (NE) Ltd is a national organisation working primarily within the ECO industry, where we strive to deliver funded home energy upgrades for eligible customers nationwide.

​The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a scheme which allows UK Energy Management to improve the energy efficiency of individual households through a range of different measures, where these are designed to improve living standards whilst reducing energy consumption. ​The ECO scheme is an efficiency project administered by the regulator Ofgem, where its target is to tackle fuel poverty whilst also reducing carbon emissions.
