​The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a scheme which allows UK Energy Management to improve the energy efficiency of individual households through a range of different measures, where these are designed to improve living standards whilst reducing energy consumption. ​The ECO scheme is an efficiency project administered by the regulator Ofgem, where its target is to tackle fuel poverty whilst also reducing carbon emissions.

PlanUp for DEAs understands about heat loss perimeters, alternative wall areas, glazing and lighting percentages and so on - you add a little more information while creating the floor plan, and all these are calculated for you.

Integration with RdSAP GO and SMART EPC

Users of Elmhursts RdSAP GO and ECMKs SMART EPC can access PlanUp through their survey software to draw plans and record EPC information - information recorded is imported into the survey automatically.
