There is a three choice dinner menu for these awards. Guests can choose a starter, main and dessert course from the options below prior to the event, and it will be prepared, by the excellent kitchen staff at the Metropole Hotel, for your enjoyment on the night.

with apple and potato salad, caramelised grapefruit and lemon dressing
with garden leaves and an apple and maple dressing
with feta cheese, semi dried tomatoes, marinated artichokes, rocket salad and pesto dressing
with butternut squash, parsnip dauphinoise, sautéed kale,poached carrots and red wine jus
with a spinach mash, mange tout, honeyed carrots and a tarragon cream sauce
with grilled pumpkin, roasted vegetables and basil pesto dressing
with caramel sauce
with raspberry sorbet and a blackberry gel
with rhubarb stem
Tea,Coffee, Liqueurs and Petit Fours
will be served after dinner.
There will be bottles of
Cullinan View Chenin Blanc
and Bona Vita Merlot
on all the tables during dinner
along with a small number of bottles of beer and soft drinks.
Wine waiters will be on hand throughout the night and there is a cash bar inside the room
A second self-service bar will be located just outside the room.
