Award Category Description

This award recognises the efforts of all those involved in delivering a successful large scale energy efficiency project, where multiple energy efficiency measures of more than one type have been installed.

Criteria

Nominations for this award are open to any commercial or domestic project that meets the following criteria: The project must have been completed between January 2024 and March 2025. Where the project is a phase of a longer term project only the phase of work completed during the period can be considered eligible. It must involve multiple types of energy efficiency measures . All contractors working on the project must be fully qualified . A clear nomination statement is required, outlining what sets them apart in their field and demonstrating actual energy savings achieved. Customer testimonials and community impact statements are essential. Judges will consider the nature, scale and scope of the work carried out, with special emphasis on whether any national or local government energy efficiency schemes have been integrated into its projects. The judges will also look at what level of expertise the project management and delivery team have in delivering this type of project.
